Mr. Freeman has served as Chairman of the Board of Arbinet-thexchange, Inc. since June 2008. He also served as President, Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Arbinet from November 2007 until September 2008 at which time the offices of Chairman and President/Chief Executive Officer were separated. Avant de rejoindre Arbinet, M. Freeman a travaillé dans différents bureaux de Motient Corp., notamment en tant que membre du conseil d'administration depuis février 2007, en tant que président du conseil depuis mars 2007, et en tant que président du conseil de TerreStar Networks, Inc., une filiale de participation majoritaire de Motient, depuis janvier 2007. Il a auparavant été chef de la direction de Leap Wireless International, Inc. de juin 2004 à février 2005 et a occupé un nombre de postes exécutifs de haut niveau chez Verizon Communications Inc. de 1994 à 2004. Il est directeur chez CIT depuis juillet 2003.
